THE CHAMPION Eva Lechner dominates the race

September 12^th  - The team "Colnago CAP Arreghini" lived up to predictions. Eva Lechner from Bolzano has in fact dominated the Italian Marathon Mountain Bike Championships, held in Moena (Trento) on a challenging mountain track of 64.2 km, made by a selective elevation of 2,760 meters altitude. After a brilliant race, Eva Lechner managed despite the cramps that struck her in the final part to finish victoriously, inflicting notable distance to the immediate pursuers. In fact, Michela Benzoni, ranked second, scored a delay of 2'02 ", while the third, Anna Ferrari, suffered a delay of 11'25". A good revenge for Eva Lechner, who was 10th place at the recent world cross country Mont Sainte Anne (Canada) due to an unfortunate puncture on lap two.
