Vette e Onde Experience: a new journey through architecture and hospitality
The debut in Cortina: a discussion on the new frontiers of hospitality
Cortina, March 28 2025 – The first edition of Vette e Onde Experience concluded with enthusiastic participation. The format, created by MC International and Arzanà, aims to redefine the future of hospitality through a journey across sea and mountains, blending innovation and tradition to rediscover the authentic soul of hospitality. Four outstanding Ambassadors are featured in each chapter: Arch. Ambra Piccin for Cortina d’Ampezzo, Arch. Monica Gasperini for Cattolica, Arch. Andrea Forni for Livigno, and Arch. Sabrina Masala for Positano.
CAP Arreghini is a Main Partner for the entire 2025 event series, reaffirming its commitment to supporting the worlds of design, art, hospitality, and real estate on both national and international levels.
In the stunning setting of the Dolomites, architects, designers, hotel industry professionals, and investors exchanged ideas on new strategies to transform tourism. Noteworthy contributions included a market analysis by CBRE, presented by Raffaella Peloso, Head of Valuation and Advisory Hotels Italy, offering detailed insights into emerging trends and premium destinations.
Architects and designers shared their experiences and visions, sparking a dialogue between sea and mountains, no longer in opposition, but complementary. «Architecture must contribute to sustainable hospitality by enhancing the Genius loci. We must rethink a model with humans at the center» emphasized Odile Decq, Founder of Odile Decq Studio Architecture and Design.
Marco Piva, Founder of Studio Marco Piva, added: «The hospitality sector is being redefined through the concept of experience. In the coming years, new destinations will emerge, such as Basilicata and the islands for the sea, and Madesimo, Val Camonica, and Val Chiavenna for the mountains.»«Creating unforgettable moments of happiness is our mission» said Arnaldo Aiolfi, CEO of Club Med Italy & EMEA. «We aim to offer experiences that leave a deep, lasting impact»
This vision was shared by Graziano Debellini, President of TH Resort: «We invest in preserving cultural heritage, training top professionals, and promoting year-round tourism to build a more authentic and sustainable hospitality model.»

The Wunderkammer: a sensory journey made possible also thanks to CAP Arreghini
Vette e Onde Experience is not just a platform for dialogue but an immersive experience brought to life through the Wunderkammer, an installation designed to convey the essence of hospitality.
A sensory journey through seasons, altitudes, and atmospheres of iconic places. Light, sound, and scent combine in a play of reflections and moving images: high-definition screens project changing landscapes, while mirrored floors and ceilings create amplified spatial perception, transforming the space into a window onto infinity.
CAP Arreghini’s contibute
A hallmark of every stop, the Wunderkammer comes to life also thanks to CAP Arreghini, both Technical and Main Sponsor of the project. The company supplied the satin black finish that envelops the entire space, giving it a powerful and sophisticated scenic presence. A textured surface that reflects and absorbs light, enhancing every detail of the immersive experience.
This colour choice is fully aligned with the spirit of CAP Arreghini’s campaign ‘Unveil Your Vision – Shapes of Colours and Matter’, which promotes a conscious and design-led use of colour to tell stories about spaces and visions. The satin black finish, in particular, becomes a narrative tool, accentuating the space’s intensity and creating an enveloping atmosphere. This effect is deal for dynamic lighting, sound, and emotional content.
Marisa Corso, CEO of MC International, stated: «The Wunderkammer is an invitation to rethink the experience of hospitality. Today, many accommodations tend to become uniform, offering standardized rooms all over the world. Here, each chapter tells a unique story inspired by its location.»
The installation will follow the Vette e Onde Experience itinerary, evolving and adapting to the characteristics of each destination in collaboration with local partners. Alessandro Maggioni, CEO of Arzanà, added: «We designed an emotional journey that transports visitors to an alpine cabin or the edge of a beach, enveloped in sounds and atmospheres that transform spatial perception. The sea and the mountains are not separate worlds, they are complementary, and this experience celebrates their balance. »
