Anti-fire white waterborne paint, phosphate-ester based, for the protection of concrete, reinforced concrete, plastered brick (cement based plaster, plaster of gauged mortar), precast concrete, indoor or outdoor (but not directly exposed to weathering), whose fire resistance must be increased. In case of fire, from temperatures of 200/250° C, the painting develops on the treated surface a layer of foam (intumescence) which is very compact and of considerable thickness which decreases considerably the transmission of heat in the materials, delaying the raising of the temperature and the loss of load-bearing capacity.
